Bidding a temporary farewell to Shanghai, the 2022 International Dye Industry and Organic Pigments, Textile Chemicals Exhibition (“CHINA INTERDYE”) met with exhibitors and visitors in Hangzhou, the “birthplace” of the exhibition. It came to a successful conclusion at Hangzhou International Expo Center in early September 2022. 

This month, the Joint Epidemic Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council issued the “New Ten-Point Plan” for optimizing covid prevention and control. Currently, covid prevention and control is still in a state of orderly relaxation. However, reopening the economy will become the next priority. As an important part of the urban economy, exhibitions will also be staged at full scale, and the recovery of the exhibition industry is just around the corner.

 After heeding to views of various parties and given the current policies, the organizers have proactively communicated with various exhibition halls in Shanghai. After careful considerations, it has been decided that the 22nd CHINA INTERDYE will return to the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center (“SWEECC”) and be held on July 26-28, 2023.

2023: We Will Be Back Home

As an ancient Chinese saying goes, “Those who wish to rule their country should first rule their home well.” Home is an important gateway to the outside world.

With the continuous expansion of its scale, CHINA INTERDYE moved to SWEECC in 2012 for the first time. Since then, we have witnessed its perfect rise as the flagship exhibition in the industry.

Shanghai, like a home for the exhibition, provides the safest guarantee for the rapid development of CHINA INTERDYE. Many exhibitors, starting from here, have gone national and global. The annual gathering has become a grand event that players in the industry all eagerly look forward to.

Now, two years on, we are pleased to announce with great excitement that CHINA INTERDYE is back to Shanghai!

Profile of the SWEECC

Nested in the core area of the Shanghai World Expo, the SWEECC is located on the west side of the World Expo axis, close to the China Art Museum, the Expo Center and the Mercedes-Benz Cultural Center.

The SWEECC is close to the Nanpu Bridge, Lupu Bridge, Dapu Road Tunnel, South Xizang Road Tunnel and other major river-crossing channels. It is accessible via dozens of bus lines. Transit Line 7, Transit Line 8 (Yaohua Road Station) and Transit Line 8 (Exit 3 of China Art Museum Station) all directly lead to the center. The SWEECC is also accessible via subway from the Shanghai airport and railway station.

CHINA INTERDYE 2023 plans to put Shanghai World Expo Halls 1 and 2 into use. Both halls are on the first floor of SWEECC, thus maximally facilitating to business talks between exhibitors and visitors. The conference rooms are located on the first-floor underground. It is also very convenient for visitors to attend conferences.

There are various catering and accommodation facilities around the SWEECC. The Expo Axis Business District can meet all kinds of catering needs. Within 6 kilometers from the SWEECC, there are also multiple five-star hotels and chain hotels for exhibitors and visitors to choose from.
