In line with the company’s development needs, the Company, a subsidiary of Shanghai International Exhibition (Group) Co., Ltd., has changed its legal company name from “Shanghai International Exhibition Service Co., Ltd.” to “Shanghai International Exhibition Management Co., Ltd.”, effective November 8, 2024, in accordance with applicable laws. The following information is provided with respect to this name change:

1.    Upon the change of name, all rights and obligations of the company shall be assumed by the renamed entity, Shanghai International Exhibition Management Co., Ltd.

2.    Contracts and agreements executed under the former company name “Shanghai International Exhibition Service Co., Ltd.” are not affected by this name change; the Company will continue to perform its obligations under all existing contracts and agreements.

3.    Updated tax invoice information is as follows:

The Company will continue to deepen its work on a series of international flagship exhibitions, including China International Dye Industry, Pigments and Textile Chemicals Exhibition, Die & Mould China, Shanghai International Carbon Neutrality Expo in Technologies, Products and Achievements, VISION & IMAGE SHANGHAI and its sub‑shows, Salon China (Shanghai) International Wallcoverings and  Home Furnishings, Shanghai Bridal Fashion Showroom, Shanghai Financial Services Fair, and other international branded exhibitions.
