The “Chinese Voice” at the Roundtable

As a highlight of the summit, “Global Exhibition CEOs Roundtable” themed “Innovation and Transformation” brought together 24 global leaders from the exhibition sector to discuss cuttingedge topics such as economic shifts, technological trends, industrial upgrading, and business model innovation, exploring new pathways for the industry’s development. Mr. Gu Chunting, Vice Chairman of CCPIT Shanghai, cited this year’s Shanghai Auto Show as an example to illustrate how the exhibition industry can serve national strategies, integrate deeply with industrial chains, and make positive contributions to both China’s and the global economy. His presentation outlined four key dimensions:

1. Leading the way: advancing deep integration between exhibitions and industry;

2. Embracing the new: exhibitions as a catalyst for emerging industrial opportunities;

3. Uniting efforts: the exhibition sector bolstering confidence in economic recovery;

4. Collaborating forward: magnifying the “multiplier effect” of exhibitions through joint action.
